This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We ship locally to all states of the USA
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping 6-10 business days and expedited 4-6 business days
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.
Once your order is sent, we will send an email with tracking information
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your insured package was damaged, stolen, or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging and documentation for inspection.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY FAILURE
We do not refund shipping costs — including for orders over $200 with free shipping — if the package is not collected, cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or for any other reason that prevents successful delivery.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Depending on product availability, orders may be shipped from different warehouse locations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
